Hundreds of protests on March 29 targeted Tesla dealerships by proxy of protesting against the company's CEO, Elon Musk, and his role in the Trump administration's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The protests followed weeks of activity, ranging from peaceful demonstrations in Austin, Texas, and Gainesville, Florida, to acts of sabotage and property damage in Las Vegas and Salem, Oregon.
