Step 1: Stand with your feet side by side and your hands on your hips. Step 2: Take a large step forward with your right foot, approximately two feet. As the right foot makes contact with the ground, bend your right knee and move into a squatting position with your back knee almost (but not quite) touching the ground. Step 3: Push straight back up to standing, then repeat with your left foot. Step 4: This counts as 1 repetition.
